Two good days of riding to start the beginning of Spring.  Rode another ten miles today. I felt pretty good and I’m starting to think that I can do the 35 mile option of the the Pauls Ride for Life ride next month.

First bike ride of the year and the training for my Tour de Cure ride in June has started.

Going to the gym over the winter paid off a bit. I rode ten miles today. I wasn’t a speed demon or anything but I also wasn’t having to seriously push myself. I only rode 10 miles. The weather was perfect.

Today sucked. I had to put my dog down. He was a good dog and has set the bar high for any dog I might get in the future. RIP Roscoe P. Coletrain.
